We remind all customers that purchasing and using salvaged auto parts comes with inherent risks, and it is important for consumers to understand and acknowledge these risks before making a purchase.

By purchasing from Canada Catalyst Inc., the consumer acknowledges that they are buying from a part-finder service that locates salvaged parts. Canada Catalyst Inc. does not manufacture or produce automotive parts. All parts are sold in AS IS condition. While we ensure that all components have been inspected and tested to the best of our ability, we do not offer a manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty.

Furthermore, by purchasing from Canada Catalyst Inc., the consumer releases Canada Catalyst Inc. from any liability related to the functioning, performance, or lifespan of the part. The consumer assumes all risks associated with installing and using salvaged components on their vehicle. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a licensed mechanic to ensure proper installation and function.

Final Sale Policy – Used & Electronic Components

All used parts sold by Canada Catalyst Inc.—including but not limited to electronic modules, sensors, control units, and other electrical components—are considered FINAL SALE. Due to the age of many components, the variability of vehicle conditions, and the inability to verify installation handling or external factors once a part leaves our facility, we do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements on any parts.

In rare circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may explore possible solutions or exceptions. However, the standard policy for all used parts, electronic and otherwise, remains final sale.
