Aftermarket German-made 7-second fast glow plug control relay by Kracker AG — Part # 24.4100.10. Identifiable by the "K" in a triangle stamped on the casing.

This relay manages the pre-heat cycle for early VW diesel engines. The "fast glow" design heats glow plugs in approximately 7 seconds from cold — a significant improvement over the original 20+ second relays.
